F&B magazine

A small, family-owned publishing company from Malibu, Calif., asked me to help it start a new magazine for food and beverage executives at hotels, country clubs and catering businesses. F&B magazine was a spin-off from an existing title.

I analyzed the existing publications serving this field, researched the size of the catering market and developed an editorial calendar. Working with the company's art director, I developed the magazine structure, including front-of-the book departments, feature articles, new products coverage, calendar of events and back-of-the-book departments.
